**Supervisor** are the Main entities which ensures the Complaints progress and addressable as per required **deadline**. In the following system Supervisors are of different types. Naturewise supervisor (Supervisor which could be assigned to only Carpeting or Plumbing **type of natures**), Buildingwise Supervisors (Supervisors which can be assigned to **Specific Buildings**), Colony Wise Supervisors. (Which can be assigned to **Specific Colonies**).
