# Complaint Categories & Types

We have 3 Types of Complaints **Un-assigned, In Progress, and completed** the following three types of Complaints further divided into following **Categories. Immediate, Routine, Urgent, Deferred**. These categories must be assigned to any complaint as this applies standard completion time of any complaint. E.g. if Complaint is Immediate than if it’s completed in 2 hours its mean it has 100% productivity. The following Hours could be changed as per Organization Nature of Complaints from Area Login.
