We have 3 Types of Complaints Un-assigned, In Progress, and completed the following three types of Complaints further divided into following Categories. Immediate, Routine, Urgent, Deferred. These categories must be assigned to any complaint as this applies standard completion time of any complaint. E.g. if Complaint is Immediate than if it’s completed in 2 hours its mean it has 100% productivity. The following Hours could be changed as per Organization Nature of Complaints from Area Login.
