# Zone Managers

**Zone manger** have Permissions to Control all areas and can see progress of all areas e.g. Complaints there **graphs , Stats, Store Stats** as well trends of all areas registered under him. In addition to management and analytical skills, a zone manager must be able to present data and explain strategies and ideas to upper management. zone manager, can oversee product or service distribution and strategies and analyze performance in your zone with sales data and other metrics.

Evaluate **employee** performance and develop individual development plans.

Evaluate the **company** procedures and recommend improvements.

Address **customer** issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
