Skillmen

Skillmen are basically the labour workers who work on the complaint for resolution. This role has the authority to mark check-in time and then can close the complaint. As per his activity the whole system generates complaint profiles and updates its time etc. Skillman also has a rating system so when someone complaints the same rating is assigned to Skillman Ratings.
